Your role and your sphere of influence:

  • Representation of the head chef
  • They are responsible for organizing their post and preparing the food
  • Goods receipt and inspection
  • Production and manufacturing in the à la carte and banquet areas
  • Daily mise en place
  • Collaboration on the menus
  • proper and professional handling of all kitchen appliances and machines
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
  • You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in collegial and professional cooperation with our service team
  • Quality assurance and control of our high-quality products with regard to our standards and all hygiene standards according to HACCP
