…has headed the event team since 2022. She sees countless opportunities for guest events in our two hotels and the four associated restaurants. A repertoire of possible combinations that can hardly be exhausted.
My aim is to respond to every request and fulfill every wish.
It is important to me to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable stay.
Banquet Operation Manager Benjamin Seuffert
…has been responsible for our conferences at the Hotel Kaisergarten as banquet manager since September 2021. All conferences that the event team coordinates in detail and contractually fixes for the Hotel Kaisergarten location are implemented on site in the conference rooms in accordance with the agreement.
It is important to him that conferences and meetings run smartly and that our conference guests feel comfortable.
Without much ado: the company and its employees could not have done better with the current management. I'm glad to be here and to be part of the team.

Benjamin Seuffert
Banquet Operation Manager
…has been banquet manager for conferences at the Hotel Kaisergarten since September 2021.
Among other things, he is responsible for the impeccable care of our conference guests. He is also happy to help out in the Riva restaurant when helping hands are needed there.
Although he is one of many employees, he recognizes that every employee counts in our company and that every employee is unique.
He wants to pass on the good feeling that makes him happy to come to work every day to our guests.
Without much ado: the company and its employees could not have done better with the current management. I'm glad to be here and to be part of the team.
Maike Babel
Conference coordinator
…has been part of the Kaisergarten team since fall 2023 and manages the operational conference business. As contact person for ongoing conferences, she knows that perfect preparation is the be-all and end-all for smart processes. This starts with detailed fine-tuning, extends to the preparation of the premises, including the technical equipment and culinary catering during all breaks, and ends with being 100% present on site.
Maike Babel really steps on the gas in her free time! Preferably on her motorcycle or in the gym.
My job is a real stroke of luck! Above all, the pleasant working atmosphere, both within the team and across teams, made me feel at home here quickly and happy to stay.

…has been with the company since 2022 and has been head of the event team ever since.
She certainly seems to like hustle and bustle, because when she’s not at Ketschauer Hof, her dog keeps her busy at home.
I love my event team. Everyone has their strengths, and together we are just incredibly good!
Lena Aschenbrenner
Event manager
has been part of the team since 2023 and, together with Cilja Weil, takes care of incoming inquiries regarding “dream weddings”. The initial meeting with our Managing Director and our HR officer gave her a good feeling about starting with us right from the start.
As a “car nut”, she spends a good time with her partner at car meetings at the Hockenheimring. Or you can meet them in the hobby workshop where they beautify their cars.
Breathing is necessary for life. And then there are those intense moments that take our breath away. That's life for me!
Jeannette Klein
Event manager
…has been part of the event office since 2022 and since then she has primarily managed large conference events in both buildings.
After 20 years in the job, she feels she has finally “arrived” in her professional life with us, she says. Here she has the opportunity to work part-time and can therefore ideally combine family and career.
That gives her a good feeling.
I enjoy coming to our company every morning. I receive appreciation from all sides here: from colleagues and guests. I am looking forward to the next 20 years in this working atmosphere!
Anna Jedro
Event manager
has been with us since 2021. Initially as a trainee and since summer 2024 as a fully qualified event manager.
In her free time she explores the beautiful corners of the Palatinate. Preferably with friends over a glass of wine or on a walk through the vineyards.
Our company is highly regarded throughout the industry. My training was incredibly varied and prepared me perfectly for my job. Here I have a great perspective for further steps in my career.
