Their role and scope:
- You take care of the preparation, supervision and follow-up of the hotel breakfast
- You prepare all dishes à la carte including various egg dishes and dishes according to individual customer wishes
- You are responsible for coordinating the à la carte breakfast at breakfast times
- They constantly ensure that the dishes are supplemented and varied
- You are responsible for quality assurance and control with regard to all hygiene standards according to HACCP
