Training as a specialist for gastronomy (m/f/d)

Close to the guests…

Catering specialists have mastered the basics of gastronomy: they welcome and advise guests, serve drinks and food and cash up. The specialist staff are the face and voice of their business to the guest. Their job is to create the guest experience, to be friendly and knowledgeable advisors, salespeople and caretakers. To this end, they also learn the basics of food and its use in the kitchen, as well as everything they need to know about the design and maintenance of guest rooms in the restaurant service. In restaurant service, the focus is on serving guests at the table and communicating with them.

The training lasts 2 years with lively practice, close to the guest and less “gray theory”. The training provides the perfect basis and offers many opportunities for further training.

Once you have successfully graduated from our company, the doors to hotels all over the world will be open to you!
