After the Hotelfachschule Heidelberg his way leads to the Pfalz and the RIVA restaurant. Since about 4 years Martin Husch is RIVA’s chef de cuisine and since October 2018 additionally F & B manager. The menu seems to be the evidence of his Italy passion. Regional products are well-known combined with those from Italy.
Why then does he also offer steaks in the menu?
